The Magic Dragon Street Meet Nationals (SMN) Pedal Car Challenge is an opportunity for a team of Middle School and High School students to apply their technical skills in a hands-on project that involves planning, design, creativity, productivity and resourcefulness. Participating schools will be provided one pedal car for students to customize and show at the upcoming SMN on May 5th & 6th, 2023. The object is to create an award winning customized, fully finished and painted pedal car. The only requirement is the original drivetrain components must be included. The body style, interior, wheelbase and wheels can all be customized.
Pedal cars will be sold at a live auction on Saturday, May 6th at 2:30pm during the SMN. All auction proceeds go to a scholarship fund to be distributed to each qualifying senior planning to attend a technical college. To date, we have raised over $32,000 for participating students!
